FINAL SUBMISSION

Please, submit the final version of your paper in PDF format, no later than June 6th, 2010. Prepare the final version of your A4 sized paper according to the guidelines given and consider the reviewers comments carefully. An extra reviewing process will take place after resubmission. Note that the paper length should not exceed 6 pages. Extra pages will be charged extra fees. Pages MUST NOT be numbered.

The Roedunet 2010 papers will be published in IEEE Xplore, this means that accepted papers must exactly fulfil the IEEE requirements regarding the final submitted version and checked by PDF eXpress.

If you would like to create your own PDF file, please change the setting on your PDF distiller to insure your paper meets IEEE PDF specifications. Authors must check their final PDF files (see below) before submission to verify that all fonts have been properly embedded and subset. Basic PDF distiller settings MUST be changed to:

  • Optimized,
  • Acrobat 5.0 compatibility,
  • ALL graphics at least 300 dpi resolution (higher if preferred),
  • ALL fonts MUST be embedded and subset.

If you would like to submit your source file to PDF eXpress for conversion and validation, PDF eXpress converts the following file types to PDF:

  • Postscript
  • Microsoft Word
  • PageMaker
  • WordPerfect
  • Rich Text Format
  • (La)TeX (DVI and all support files required)

Please follow strictly the following steps:

1. Modify your paper according the reviewers comments and generate the Camera-Ready version of your paper using one of these templates (please use A4 paper size templates, no page numbers, no headers, no footers)

2. Generate a PDF version of your Camera-Ready paper form step 1 and validate it using the PDF eXpress tool. (You can also use PDF eXpress tool to generate the PDF version). Follow the instructions:
