Student Paper Contest


We encourage you to participate at the Student Paper Contest !

To qualify for the Contest, submitted papers must meet the following: one of the authors of the papers must be a full-time undergraduate or graduate student; the student author must have contributed at least 50% to the content of the paper.

The Student Paper Contest will be held in parallel with the regular paper submission process, authors must notify the Organizing Committee (, Subject: Student Paper Contest) about their submission. Master and Ph.D. students are welcome.

As previously nominated members of the Jury were co-authors, the Jury membership was revised.

The submissions will be evaluated and judged by the Jury on the basis of the following criteria:

Adequacy of introduction and conclusion
Originality of ideas or conclusions due primarily to this author
Originality of analysis, interpretation, restatement of inference based upon the work of others
Quality and level of technical content
Factual and technical accuracy
Use of examples and analogies
Quality of references covered
