Payment

All participants (authors, chairs, visitors) have to register for the Conference and pay the registration fees.

Included in the registration fee: Conference Proceedings, coffee breaks, lunches, social events. Accommodation is not included, please arrange it by yourself, using available information about hotels.

* Note: A copy of the IEEE Membership Card must accompany the registration in order to qualify for reduced rates.

** Note: Applications should be sent in advance to roedu2010@ulbsibiu.ro. Students are considered to be full-time undergraduate or graduate students and 50% full-time Ph.D. students (rom.: "student cu frecventa"). An official letter or other formal document confirming current student status must be provided upon registration.

CANCELLATION POLICY

All cancellations received in writing by May 26th, 2010 will be refunded, less 20% of the total registration which will be deducted for administrative expenses. No refunds will be made after May 26th, 2010.
